Kalihi Ice Ponds is actually a set of three waterfalls that were originally known as Naohia Falls. This muddy hike involves a short rope descent before reaching the first waterfall. Cliff jumping at Kalihi Ice Ponds is a popular sport among locals, but water depth can vary depending on the weather - please use caution.
